- Identification & contact: first/last name, email, phone number.
- Account data: identifiers, role, access logs, settings.
- Operations data: addresses (club/network), member records, subscriptions, attendance, access control.
- Technical data: basic usage logs, security logs, anti-abuse signals.

- Create and manage your account, teams, and locations.
- Operate the service (subscriptions, access, attendance, reporting).

- Service delivery: processing needed to provide GymWatch.
