These terms apply to the GymWatch website and app used to manage gyms (members, subscriptions, access, reporting).

2. Definitions

• “Service”: the GymWatch platform and its features.
• “Customer”: the gym/company using GymWatch.
• “User”: anyone with an account (owner/admin/user).
• “Data”: information entered or generated through the Service.

3. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for account activity, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to access unauthorized accounts or data.
• Do not disrupt the service (intrusion, overload, abusive scraping).
• Do not use GymWatch for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

5. Data & privacy

GymWatch may process data such as emails, phone numbers and addresses. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. Maintenance or incidents may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Intellectual property

All Service elements (brand, design, content, code) remain the property of GymWatch or its licensors.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GymWatch is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abuse, terms violations, or security risk.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The update date will be shown at the top of the page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Moroccan courts may have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
